By accessing or using our website and online store, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or make purchases from our online store.

1. Use of Website

 

1.1. You may browse our website for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, or modification of content, is prohibited without prior written consent from Artify Studio.

1.2. You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of our website, including but not limited to hacking, scraping, or transmitting viruses.

2. Online Store

 

2.1. Our online store allows you to purchase products and services offered by Artify Studio. By placing an order through our online store, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself.

2.2. All purchases made through our online store are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

2.3. Prices displayed on our online store are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees, unless otherwise stated.

3. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

3.1. Policy for Workshops and Individual Sessions:

• Cancellation one week before: Full refund

• Cancellation 4 - 6 days before: 75% refund

• Cancellation within 3 days: 50% refund

• Cancellation on the day itself: No refund

For cancellations and no-shows on the day itself, the entire class/workshop fee will be forfeited. Class/workshop fees contribute to material costs, time spent to set-up and prepare for the session, rental and utilities. Prior notice would give us ample time to free up the slot and allow for other participants to join.

If you are unable to come for the session and you let us know in advance, you have the choice to either opt for a partial refund or reschedule to come on a different date. These refunds will be made in the form of cash vouchers that are redeemable for other Artify sessions. Please contact us at 90111431 to make the arrangement.

3.2. Sessions and workshops booked with promo codes cannot be rescheduled and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.​

3.3. Art Jamming Packages: Packages sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

3.4. For Children's Regular Art Classes: with effect from 3 Jan 2024, there will be a class deducted for last-minute class cancellations with notice less than 48 hours (other than for valid medical-related reasons).

4. Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

​

4.1. Eligibility: The referral program is open to all existing customers of Artify Studio located in Singapore.

4.1. Referral Process: To participate, existing customers must refer new customers to Artify Studio. Referrals can be made by sharing your unique referral link with a new customer that has not booked any workshops or art jamming session with Artify Studio in the last 24 months.

4.2. Qualifying Referral: A qualifying referral is defined as a new customer who completes and pays for a workshop booking at Artify Studio using the referring customer's unique referral link. A new customer is one that has not booked any workshops or art jamming session with Artify Studio in the last 24 months.

4.3. Reward: For each qualifying referral, both referrer and referred customers will receive a 15% off coupon code, which will be credited to their account for future workshop bookings at Artify Studio.

4.4. Limitations: For both referrers and referred customers, the coupon code can only be used for workshop bookings, and not for art jamming sessions or children's art classes. Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash; they may not be combined with other offers and are void where prohibited.

4.5. Validity: Expired rewards will not be reissued or honored.

4.6. Program Changes: Artify Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated via email or through notices posted at the studio.

4.7. Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the referral program, including but not limited to creating fake referrals or engaging in fraudulent activity, will result in disqualification from the program and may lead to further actions as deemed appropriate by Artify Studio. Referral rewards are available only to new users that have never had an Artify Studio account before and it is a violation of these Terms to sign up for a referral reward if you have signed up for an account or trial in the past or to have more than one account or trial at the same time. Artify Studio reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your eligibility for a referral reward. If in our discretion we believe you are not eligible for a reward, we reserve the right to prevent you from signing up for a referral reward or to forfeit your bookings made with the discounted coupon code. If we terminate your workshop booking because you have violated these Terms, you understand that you will not be eligible for a refund.

4.8. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1. All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, on our website and online store is the intellectual property of Artify Studio and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
